The challenge

A D2C brand needed fresh product data in the CMS without manual imports, plus a simple way for the team to kick off scrapes from chat.

The approach

Built scraping pipelines into Directus collections and wired a Discord bot that triggers scrape runs. Content and automation share one admin surface.

The outcome

Editors get up-to-date catalogue data; ops trigger scrapes from Discord instead of cron guesswork.
