Lead engine for real estate wholesalers, delivering high-quality motivated-seller leads.

Challenge

Real estate wholesalers burn time verifying leads and chasing billing. The platform needed Twilio OTP verification, pay-per-lead subscriptions, and fair distribution across campaigns, with no manual ops.

Approach

Built Twilio OTP verification at signup, Stripe subscriptions for lead packs, and a round-robin distribution engine that spreads new leads across active campaigns. Added an auto-recurring billing trigger so when a user's remaining leads hit 1, Stripe silently tops them up.

Outcome

Billing and lead distribution run themselves, less manual ops, steadier recurring revenue.
