The challenge

A government ministry needed a marketing site they could update without developer bottlenecks, under strict confidentiality and timeline pressure.

The approach

Used Directus as the page builder and content layer for the public frontend. Led the project end-to-end with one frontend developer reporting into the role, schema, integrations, and delivery coordination.

The outcome

Shipped a CMS-driven public site the client team can maintain in-house, with ministry and country details withheld per NDA.
